Results and reporting

What we measure, and what we refuse to claim

GrowthChord is a digital marketing agency in Sri Lanka. Marketing reports are usually written to look busy. Ours are written so you can tell whether the money is working, which sometimes means telling you it is not.

Here is what we track, what arrives each month, and the claims we will not make however much you would like to hear them.

We report enquiries, not vanity numbers.
  1. What counts

    Enquiries

    Messages, calls and forms

The number that matters is how many people got in touch and how many were worth talking to. Everything else is a step toward that.

  2. What we send

    One page

A report you will actually read

What we did, what moved, what did not, what is next. If something went backwards, it is in there.

  3. What we avoid

    No promises

    No guaranteed rankings

Nobody can promise a position in Google or a mention in an AI answer. An agency that does is guessing or lying.

What we track

Which numbers actually tell you something?

Six things, in roughly this order of usefulness.

Enquiries, and which page sent them

Forms, calls and WhatsApp messages, tied back to the page and the search that produced them. This is the number we are hired for.

Whether the enquiries are any good

Thirty enquiries from the wrong people is worse than five from the right ones. We ask you which ones were worth having, and aim at more of those.

The searches you now show up for

Not a rank for one keyword, but the spread: how many searches bring you up at all, and whether they are buying searches.

Map and listing activity

Calls, direction requests and messages straight from your Google listing. For some businesses this is the main channel.

Whether an AI names you

We ask the engines the questions your customers ask and record who gets named. Then we watch that list change.

What the website does with the traffic

Which pages people land on, which ones they leave, and which ones lead to a message. A busy page that converts nothing is a problem to fix.

What we will not say

What claims should make you suspicious?

We will not make any of these, and we would be careful with anyone who does.

  • A guaranteed position in Google. No agency controls the ranking.
  • A guaranteed mention in ChatGPT or any other AI answer.
  • A percentage increase with no starting number behind it.
  • A lead count with no definition of what counted as a lead.
  • Results in weeks for work that takes months to compound.
  • An anonymous success story you have no way of checking.

What clients say

What do clients say about working with us?

We would rather show you nothing than show you a testimonial you cannot check. We are collecting reviews from the clients we work with now, with their names on them, and they will appear here as they come in.

In the meantime, ask us on a call and we will put you in touch with a client who has agreed to speak to people considering us.

Short FAQ

What do people ask us about proof and reporting?

Want to see where you stand now?

The audit gives you the baseline: what you rank for, who the AI names instead of you, and what your listing is doing. You keep it either way.
